All sales are final
If a mechanical part is purchased and becomes defective within 30 days, s will, replace the part within a reasonable period of time. If a replacement is not obtainable, a refund will be made with a company check. No cash refunds. UAP is not responsible liable for any accidental loss or damage.
There is no warranty on labor and no reimbursements on labor under any circumstance. No warranty on gaskets, seals, fluids or coolant. All sheet metal, glass, body parts are sold As-Is. Incomplete or non-rebuildable cores are not refundableWe do not warranty damaged or altered parts. No claims or warranties without receipts.. No claim made on body parts, color, or trim packages. Vehicle overheating voids all warranties
Unless written on the face of your receipt, there is no verbal warranty and no other warranty is implied.UAP is not responsible for buyer’s error. If a non-warranty return is allowed s will charge 25% for a restocking fee. If you have a problem, contact us prior to removing or attempting parts repair. No returns and no warranties on parts costing less than $10.
UAP's employees make no claims as to the suitability of any part for a particular purpose. It is buyer’s responsibility to determine suitability of all parts purchased. There shall be a $25.00 fee on returned checks. Buyer agrees to pay all fees and costs associated with the collection of all debts plus finance charges on overdue balances.
Engine Warranty: Used engines are guaranteed not to have cracked block, head or bad crankshaft. External parts to the cylinder block and the cylinder head (plug wires, distributor, injectors, etc.) are not warranted. All conditions listed under our policies apply. Used engines guaranteed against rod knock, excessive smoking, and excessive oil consumption. It is recommended that buyer replaces the rear main seal and inspects gaskets before installation. All parts on the engine at time of sale must be returned with the core engine to qualify for core credit.
Transmission Warranty Improper adjustment, low fluid level, failure to install new filter (A.T. only), broken front pump, and improper installation void all warranties. All conditions listed under our General Policies apply. It is recommended buyer replaces all seals prior to installation.
Special Order Warranty: Special orders are non-returnable. A minimum deposit of 50% is required for all special orders. Deposits are non-refundable. Parts and deposits left over 30 days shall be deemed forfeited. Seller is not responsible for delays in UPS or freight shipments. Freight delivery is beyond the seller’s control. All conditions listed under our General Policies apply.
